  2. As they are cigars, they must incorporate marbetes in the packs before packaging.
  3. The cigar bar must be placed in the pack in such a way that once opened the marbete is broken or rendered useless and that the consumer can observe that the product is of legal origin.
  4. The cigar bar must be placed in the pack in such a way that once opened the marbete is broken or rendered useless and that the consumer can observe that the product is of legal origin.
  5. In the case of table wines up to 14° GL, they may adhere the marbete to the neck of the bottle or to the front label of the container, covering part of the label and the packaging itself.
  6. Producers, packers and importers of alcoholic beverages and cigars, as the case may be, will be obliged to submit to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, quarterly, in the months of April, July, October and January, of the corresponding year, a report of the folio numbers of marbetes and seals, as appropriate, obtained, generated, used, destroyed, and rendered useless during the immediately preceding quarter.

To carry out the fiscal marbete it is important to

outsource the process,

however, it must be clarified that the service is an added value that not all companies provide, being necessary to investigate that the company has the support and quality to meet the requirements of your company.
